We take pride in the craftsmanship of our professional-grade cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused cookware in its original de Buyer packaging, ensuring all inserts and accessories are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
